Pre-Order Products

What are Pre-Orders?
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on popular and high-demand products that are scheduled to be shipped at a future date. We only offer pre-order on products that are being produced and are planned to ship soon. The benefit to pre-order is you will be the first to recieve these items as soon as they are available to our store.

Pre-Order items must be paid in full at time of order.

Please keep in mind that if you make an order which includes a pre-order item and in-stock item, the entire order will be placed on hold until the pre-order item is ready availabe fore delivery.

Cancellation
Pre-order items can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. We do not accept cancellation after 48 hours of purchase. You can contact us at info@themulberrytreehouse.com to cancel within 48 hours of purchase.
